温哥华警察局正在调查8月9日周五早晨发生在市中心东区的“严重事件”。
根据1130新闻电台的消息来源，一人在早晨的刺杀事件中遇害。警方尚未公布消息。
警方在现场拉起了黄色警戒带，封锁了东黑斯廷斯街（East Hastings Street）以南、位于主街（Main Street）和戈尔大街（Gore Avenue）之间的小巷。
