Job Description
Accounts Receivable
- Compare store replenishment POS receiving report with SAP delivery note, create AR invoices in SAP and produce weekly reports to accounting department
- Prepare store credit claim documents for accounting department, create AR credit note in SAP accordingly and update credit claim table
- Prepare monthly invoice requestion for marketing expenses, loyalty points, rebate program, supplies order, ect to accounting department
Accounts Payable
- Prepare oversea shipment table and inventory revaluation/landed cost table, create AP invoice in SAP
- Support to handle SAP AP, e.g. local bulk orders, credit note/debit note tracking
- Check store local vendor invoices and POS receiving report, prepare all the documents for Admin, check and trace the credit note/debit note
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing department regarding any receiving, pricing, discrepancy or payment issues
Cost and Inventory
- Implement company’s cost standards and prepare oversea shipment cost table
- Monitor item cost variance
- Reconcile inventory accounts to the general ledger
- Monitoring inventory transactions and process inventory adjustment accordingly
General
- Provide clerical support to the team, e.g. deliveries, photocopying, scanning, faxing and filing, to ensure services are provided in an efficient and effective manner
- Coordinating contact with accounting department
- Prepare gift card table and supplies order table
- Protects company’s value by keeping information confidential
- Support the year end audit process
- Perform Ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirement
- Diploma or above in Finance or Accounting is preferred
- At least 1-year relevant working experience
- Possess strong technical background and a solid understanding of financial software
- Good computer skills: MS Word, Excel and Access
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Possess strong problem solving and organization skills and proven ability to prioritize responsibilities and processes
- Strong Communication and problem-solving skill
- Possess good commercial awareness and business understanding
- Good command of English, an additional second language (e.g. Cantonese/ Mandarin etc.) is a plus
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Immediate available is preferred
