Have problems with instructor ? 

I saw someone has problem with his instructor, what I wanna suggest here is that you definitely should appeal, before doing that you need do some preparation work, such as the course outline, assignment comment/mark from the instrucotr and his TA, the midterm, the lab report and all such things that could prove your accademic capacity.
