Position: Administrative Assistant

- Assist with servicing existing clients, and respond to client inquiries via phone and e-mail.
- Assist Investment Advisors with processing and confirming client transactions.
- Contact directly with all clients, and provide supportive information.
- Process and follow-up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts.
- Provide administrative support and other administrative duties
- Delivering packages to financial institutions.
- Actively supports and participates in firm-wide initiatives.
- 1 ~ 3 years worj experience in finance area is highly prefered.
- Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; with fluency (written & verbal) in Mandarin required.
- Relevant work experience or engaging in Canadian Security Course(CSC) is an asset, with a well-rounded knowledge of the fund and insurance industry.
- A strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with superior customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
